72Shadetree,no offense, but you`ve turned this thread into your sale thread. Please keep all posts in your sale thread. It is hijacking and cross-posting.I`m sure I`m not the only one who keeps checking here hoping to find something interesting only to find your sales which don`t belong.Imagine a few more doing what you are. This is a great thread and I feel it`s all boogered up now.

72shadetree,

I have to agree with special-K.
I know I bought the 69 from you but I PM'd everything. Just want this to get back on track for what it was started for. Hope you understand.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Die-cast 67-72

no offense taken.i stated to start with if this was the wrong place for mods to move it i started in the parts board but theyre not parts the everything else no body watches and these are truck related.for those that have asked i will pm you.the reason i stated in this add no pms its hard to keep everthing in line as to who is first in line.
i have alot of real nice hard to find trucks that are packed up.the reason i started with everyday ones is thats whats in my curio and as i made room in it i can start unpacking i have a 2yr old granddaughter living here so cant drag everything out at once.like i stated no offense is taken i understand what youre saying.if a mod reads this and can tell me where to post them at i will.if not i will evilbay

SORRY TO MESS THE THREAD UP I WAS TRYING TO GET RID OF MY COLLECTION.THANKS HENRY

Re: Die-cast 67-72

Everybody always post diecasts for sale on the parts board and 99% of them post on the 67-72 parts board. If you got something good, which you do; they'll sell. bump it once a day to keep it visible.

Re: Die-cast 67-72

It`s all good (where have I heard that?). I hope I didn`t come off the wrong way.You did ask and I didn`t care. There`s been a few sales conducted along the way in this thread.I just popped in after not looking for a couple weeks and all I saw was the sales-related stuff and reacted.
I haven`t seen an`83 in a store yet(haven`t looked).I`ll be looking.

Really?Tell us more about it.It`s plastic, right? Is it HO scale or bigger?Any markings on the bottom?

I don`t like the wheels or the red anodizing on that`83 either. But,I`ll take some apart and change all that.I haven`t bought a blue`62 because I hate that gold anodizing.

It's plastic, the bottom has "the lindberg line" and "camper-22" written on it. I found it in a messy display case at an antique store for $2. It's a little smaller than a hot wheel. Heres a pic in the gallery.

They also go by the name of MINI-LINDY. They were marketed towards the H.O. crowd.

Re: Die-cast 67-72

Well, I bought my first die cast blazer today. I have a decent but small collection of cars and motorcycles, but haven’t really seen many 67-72 Chevy trucks/blazers/suburbans. Anyway, I finally saw the John Deere Blazer today on the shelf and bought it so I figured I would share. I need to say that I don’t study these things passionately like some here, but I look into them from time to time. My only wish was that it was a 72 instead of a 69. Oh well, thanks for letting me share.
