Re: Project "Irvin"
Everything looks good. Paint booth not necessary, prep makes the paint job. Let me know when u can get to mine (lol), my wife calls mine an "eyesore" to the subdivision. She is the factory light blue and white, original paint, but p.o. decided to primer passenger door, paint drivers front fender black and remove all the upper and lower trim, carpet. He also decided to try to weld up the holes for the trim then spray paint them black over the welds! Looking for a passenger door if you run across one and steering wheel. I wish I had your talent, good job.

Re: Project "Irvin"
Thanks, how far are you from Kings Mountain? A junk yard there has a blue C10 w/ blue steering wheel and most of the trim. I'm over 2 hrs. away.

Re: Project "Irvin"
Thanks, I may email you their name and phone #, maybe u know someone who is closer and can look at the parts. I asked them if steering wheel could be restored, but I kept talking to a lady by email, couldn't ever talk w/ her directly. You don't find blue steering wheels everyday. If I move gas tank to where spare tire is, can I gain some more leg room? I'm 6'2", not the most comfortable driving, but I've sat in other C10s w/ more room and the tank was relocated. Thanks again

Truck is going to be nice. Are the smoothies Centerlines, like "delmo specials"? I have a set of "copo" caps laying around.
