Re: 71 Cheyenne C10-20 project

Well looks like I'll have to drive up there and get the pictures of the new radiator myself. Might as well, seeing as I have plenty of time to wait for the brackets to get here .

Took it out Wednesday night with my car club at our meeting at Freddy's. Thought I'd throw up some of their pictures too. And I got to jacking around and took a smoke shot of me burning the tires (and the rearend probably, lol).

This is Doc's Monte (he outran the OKC farm truck with this car)

This is Russel's Nova

This is Jon's Chevelle

And Brian's Satellite

To whoever asked about if the 305 was stout, that's about 1/2 throttle...

Re: 71 Cheyenne C10-20 project

Yeah, Doc Love. Pretty cool fella.

Update:Pulled the condenser and dealer air from the truck and got rid of some of the jenky wiring. Little more leg room in 'er now and she can breathe easier.

Also found the newest neato. Poll question, can anyone guess what this is that is plugging off the riser pcv connector?

Re: 71 Cheyenne C10-20 project

Well if I knew you were going to start tearing stuff off of it I could have done that yesterday when I was there. Yeah that's right I found your truck, and now I know where it is. How does it feel?

Winner winner chicken dinner, lol. Cracked dad and I up when we saw it stuck in there like it was. Thought about calling it my direct port carbureted nitrous valve.
