Anything in the mounts to take the vibrations away from frame. I dont see any "cushion" in those pics

My gauges finally came in. Had a little time this weekend to get the dash primed and test fitted the gauges, ac-vents, steering column and steering wheel,

Got the doors mounted last night, cut the window frames down, the top looks alot lower with the doors on. Now i need to find out who makes a good one piece window kit and power window kit. Can anyone help me, who makes a good kit?

Theres a one piece window kit on the parts board. I'm not sure who makes the best kits.

Thanks. So my son decided the truck need a different look so we decided to make the hood a little smaller, we welded the hood shut and cut it along the hood body line
