I figured the blue one has had a bed swap, since K trucks didn’t have the option of the passenger side stowage box. Nothing wrong with that, its a nice option to have!

Hell yea it is! I don’t even use mine for anything other than a conversation starter but it sure is cool.

Man I love that medium green truck,(well I really like both of them honestly) I bet the parchment interior looked really good in it when new.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

I searched high and low for a medium green super for years
I had told a flipper friend if he ever found one, call me
He did
Bought it sight unseen
When he went and picked it up
He texted me ‘ are you sure you want this thing’
I called him immediately
‘We had a deal,, I’ll be there tomorrow’

No rust , original paint
I’m sorting the faded areas now
And going back in with parchment
I can’t figure why they went green ?

At some point someone ‘built’ this truck up
From k10 auto to k20 4spd
It is stout..
Also high horse power motor
Drives very tight
….Bounces down the road
Can you say ‘rough ride’ ?

I learned something new today. I'm a little heartbroken to hear that K trucks never game with a toolbox option.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

That gold truck is a really good truck but I can't keep 'em all. It sat her in the shop for three weeks and with two pumps of the throttle it roared to life immediately.

Tigger, I'll bet it shows up on the board before long.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

Ive gotten out of driving distances for car and truck events. Ive been working on getting my physical ailments figured out. Maybe next year Ill start hitting some of these events again. Id like to start having my grandson go (if he wishes), he'll be ten next summer.

Thanks for the pics ... Waiting for more.

ChevyLandMD

Less red meat
More fruits, nuts and vegetables
A lot of salad
Several glasses of red wine
Walk 3-5 miles
.
.
Every Day

‘Make’ your grandson go with you
Like our grandparents ‘Made’ us go with them

We definitely are lucky in the Bay Area
There is a huge truck presence

Jeez, that’s probably the most empty spid I've ever seen. There’s just something really cool about that truck, about as bare bones as it gets it seems.

The family and I just drove through your area a few weeks ago on our big CA road trip. Too bad it wasn't for sale then or I would have been tempted to drive it home - would have been a lot more pleasant that flying!

Dave, I’m sure it would make it. sounds like we were on opposite sides of the country. Wish I was out here when you were nearby, could have hung out. I also had it on my list to try and pass through your neck of the woods when i drove across the country in spring. Just always was a bit further south. I’ll try and say hi when I visit our son in Nashville next time.

Yea, I noticed that you were here when we were there so I didn't bother contacting you. We probably drove nearby to your place on our way from Yosemite to Bodega Bay, we drove through the Napa and Sonoma areas.

When I get time, I'll post pics from my trip on here.

Stop by my place anytime.

Nice pics, I was at my cabin to beat the heat. I actually go there every father's day. It was hot but not as hot as it was in Vacaville.
