Re: My 86 build

I saw this pic at the beginning of your thread, I have rear slider window but missing the middle aluminum pieces. Would you mind selling the aluminum pieces that is shown in the pic?

I will be happy if so.

Thank you,
Nasser

Re: My 86 build

today I finished up the wiring, e-fans, brake switch, and ran the stock harness for the front lights inside the fender.... still waiting on the water pump to show up, then I'll install it, and the upper hose, as soon as I find one that fits....also need to get a conversion u-joint for the driveshaft, and then I can mock it up to see if it needs to be cut.... and I need to do something for the colum shift or go to a floor shifter,...not sure yet...that's about it.....oh yeah, and put the mufflers on....

Re: My 86 build

I got a chance today to work on the truck, so I managed to get the u-joint installed in the drive shaft, and tried the driveshaft in the truck for a test fit..I thought I was going to have to cut it from what I've heard about the 4l80e being longer that the 700r4, but the driveshaft fit as perfectly as it did before!....
