I'd like to throw in my 2˘ on the future of the truck... It's admirable to keep the truck stock but will it have some cosmic effect on the world if you do a Porterbuilt build with it? I don’t believe so. I would LOVE to be starting my build with an essentially rust free truck that has all of the correct parts. It's your truck now; you should do as you please with it. Again, just my 2˘. Very sweet truck!!

Ok so I just don't know what to say. I think we have all dreamed about this, finding an all original truck that is. I'm very happy for you, and ofcourse its yours to do what you wish. I myself would drive and enjoy it as it is. I hope you know how lucky you are. There are thousands of people that would love to have your truck, it is just INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

Thanks, yeah I know how lucky I was to find it. If one of those "thousands" of people who would love to own it come up with enough cash…They might get their chance!

I'd say that is one of the best beds around for being a survivor that still has all it's metal intact.

This truck has cleaned up really nice. Great work!

Re: Looked what I pulled out of a barn...

solid truck and I would leave it as is for awhile, maybe something will happen that triggers a change. Of course if the engine's shot you'll have to do something about that. Good luck and don't wash the paint off.

99.9% of the time I don't care, or the truck has a lot of "patina..." and doesn't matter anyway... but I too would love to see this one left alone. I talked to the wife about buying it, I love it, green and all, but she didn't want me to let my 67 go.

She'll be the lowest most original truck there is soon

Re: Looked what I pulled out of a barn...

I hear ya, but financially I can't afford to keep this truck. I had hoped to get in it cheap enough to just enjoy but that didn't happen. They're only original once, but Nate was more than fair in his offer, so I'll let you guys be mad at him! LOL
