How much for the Orange air cleaner shipped to 95240? Also does it come with the base and is there any rust issues? Thank you

Looks like shipping is $15 for you. It doesn't have any rust issues just a crusty flaking paint job. It includes the original 1barrel/2 barrel base plate(with matching, flaking paint job free of charge). Thanks Lyle
