its still a good idea to wear safety glasses under the shield and when you raise the shield tilt your head down so your looking at the ground at your feet. chips, shavings and such collect between the shield and the headband, then when you raise the shield it falls straight into your eyes

took a picture of my truck today. I also picked up my crossmember from the salvage yard. does anyone know if the gmc crossmembers will work with a 350? its twisted like a v8 but might have been a v6?

We had a guy post hear last summer and had the wire come off and went into his eye, he posted it so everybody would learn from his mistake. its a sobering reminder.

I just became a member here. and today i got my 71 back from frame reduction from long to short, and 93 step side fiberglass bed mount. was looking to post photos but unsure how this works. I am looking for ways to make this a good mod. there are a lot of great ideas on this web site and i could use some. thanks!Name:  IMG_0906.jpg

I bought an Eastwood sink plating kit and used it on some door parts. It worked great. Used stainless hardware so everything would match.

Got rid of the glass packs and installed new mufflers on the highlander today.

tailgate was the last piece to be painted. letters were too messed up to repair so I covered them with diamond plate.

I drove it. Been driving it to work the last few days. Even pulled a 4wd Ram 2500 across town.
