It would be an honor to drive it once it's done, I just might not want to give it back.

I see Delmo building the "King" his own Dropmember truck in the future.

Well the body made it back on with no problems. Now to start hooking everything up. This is where it gets fun.

Explain what the holes in the vc are for please. One for pcv and one for the oil fill or vent? I would be interested in a set of those covers.

Re: Sancho

I'm impressed with the valve covers simply because of the thought process involved. The average rodder wouldn't think to just add a bung on the end and integrate it in a way that appears factory.

Del, as always a very nice job on "Sancho" and I believe Rene would be in HOG HEAVEN if he got to drive it when finished, but you better have a LARGE bottle of "Too Kill Ya" in order to coax him out of the truck ...... Ha!

Delmo, Your builds look great, I really like your style. I'm curious, what did you use for the piece you welded into the valve cover? They are pretty cool.

Thanks so much guys, I machined some tubing to fit the grommet then trimmed to fit the contour of the valve cover. Tigged it in and Ta daaaa. Sounds easier than it is. LOL. Made some more progress on this bad boy, all brake lines and air lines ran. ready for the Core support and radiator. Distributor came in today with some other parts I've been waiting on so tomorrow should be a great day for........Sancho (mexican voice).
