Not much fo report. Finished the front suspension and fought with the rear u bolts. Those things are not coming out easily. Here's how it sits now

Gonna start preparing to pull the 350 tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get some parts crom CPP so I can stab the ls2/4l70e

Hey Tim
What size tire do you have on the rear , I know you said you had 255/50/17 on the front , curious about the rear.

Thanks. You may not like the price I ask for it since I'm not ready to get rid of it yet

I've been feeling under the weather but managed to find the strength to plumb most of the fuel system. I also ordered my wiring harness, pedal and tuned ecm/tcm.

Sweet. Man you got a lot of stuff done yesterday! If you stay at it like you did yesterday you'll have the front end and bed back on it!

Well I did get the front end and bed back on today. Thanks for your help with the hood . I still need to put 2 bed bolts in and bolt the rear bumper back up though. I should be able to get some pixtures of everything back on it tomorrow I hope.

Don't bother yourself with the first 50 pages or so I'll give you the cliff notes version, I couldn't make up my mind on anything and kept changing every little detail until I was satisfied. The last 20 pages are good as the truck is finally going back together.

You work fast, truck looks great with all the sheet metal back on.

Re: My first C10-LS2/4L70E swap

That's usually where a bunch of good info and ideas come from . I've had builds like that and the bank account and wife hates those . I'll try to get started on it this weekend. I have a few other build threads I need to get back up to date on anyway.

I have to with my limited schedule and trying to not take time away from the family. Thanks

I work inland as a towboat captain. The schedule and time away from home sucks but the pay is decent.

Ain't that the truth

Glad you found it. I just finished catching up on your thread. I'd love to do a coilover setup but there's too many other things at the top of the list. Maybe next year

Wow, you kicked butt on the engine swap. Looks like you had all your ducks in a row before you took it apart. I like the engine cover. Very cool. keep the pictures coming.

Re: My first C10-LS2/4L70E swap

Thanks Mike. I tried to put a little thought into it before executing. This was only my second engine swap and the first was about 10 years ago. Thanks but I'm going to have to trim the edge of the cover to clear the brake booster so hopefully it will be unnoticeable. I may have some small updates in mid April but we'll see
