Hey Robbie it is supposed to be in the 50's this weekend.... I am going to try to get as much done as I can since I have been slacking this week. Seriously though... whats with these temps in the teens, this is the south!

It is but is supposed to rain (garage is full and truck is outside) and I've got a pretty full weekend. Bill is spending most of the dry time we might have getting another quick project out of the way so he can't devote any time to it. Hoping to jump back on it next week and finish it up.

And the cold, man, I like it but the snow needs to make up its mind!

The snow needs to go the hell on ,I came in to work at 7AM friday morning and cant go home til this crap is gone so our students will be safe . Im too damn old to be doing 24+ hours on 1 shift but I do get to sleep for a few hours soon before we go at it again.

Robbie ,I got to come home at 10 this morning ,had a few minor car wrecks on campus with kids playing on the ice but thankfully only the cars were hurt .One kids insurance company is going to love him ,kicking it around and hit 4 parked cars .I would hate to be in his shoes explaining to his parents how he hit 4 parked cars at 4 AM .Im tired but the extra cash from all the overtime the last 2 weeks just may benefit the old truck .

We dodged the bullet twice in the past two weeks:

Last week: Supposed to get 2-3", got 1/2" of ice and the city shut down

This week: Supposed to be 5-7" of snow...got maybe 1" of powder, and slush on the roads..even in 2wd my truck was out in it...might have had some fun on a back roads..but drifting on A/T's is a rough ride

No kidding! It was actually supposed to be much worse in Marietta but the worst of it held off and hit harder a little farther north near flashed.

Robbie ,its all good now ,the snow is finally gone .Today was actually pretty nice ,hope to get the truck out this weekend and go to a swapmeet at Commerce.

So I've been down under (Australia) for the past few weeks but got back Monday night. Went down to biohazardbill's today (who has made some good progress) and planning to have the truck home this weekend. New drivetrain complete.

Well, slight change of plans. Truck is home but the new fuel pump went out (thankfully under warranty) and a fuel line was in the way of the exhaust route so that set us back a bit. Since then, I've decided I'm going to take my time and redo the entire fuel system and likely relocate my tank as well as start on the rear suspension. Need to refill the coffers after a long trip to Australia but I want to do it right the first time instead of just trying to get it running.

Stay tuned. Hoping to pull the bed in the next week or two.

Truck in the driveway but now in the garage, safe, sound and dry (and dirty).

Sounds good, John. I'm sure I'll swap them out for something later on but plan to keep them as rollers for now. They're oem 15x8s with the spare as well. Just let me know when you're interested and we can talk.
