Its the green cab. Needs typical rockers but the cowl area is very nice. On the control arms, Im sorry, I do not have any. Only thing I have is a 5 lug rolling chassis with disc.

YES I DO!!! They need to go. I actually have two th350. You want them??? I have looked the block over. Id send if off to get checked out but it looks like it may just need a hone. It had supposedly been machined then built, ran for 500 miles then torn down because the guy wanted more compression and cam. He just never got around to it.
