It was 40 min from me, already had trailer hooked and was on the road when I called him.........It is CRISPY but is vin tag, title and SPID correct!! I will be getting it off trailer this am and do a bit more inspection. Will need complete tub redo, good firewall, cowl and windshield frame........frame has some rust jack at the rear coil perches but I believe it is repairable......

It was to close to home not to go check it out.............

That ones mine, Id love to finish it but I'm tired. My buddy and I have built 4 custom Harley's and 2 frame offs (70 442 and 69 firebird) in 3 years. We kept them all 2 bikes and a car for each of us. Both of us have young kids and full time jobs, at some point I'd like to actually to drive something I've built, or sleep...

I'm almost that bad at writing CL ads. You get 20 stupid questions for each decent one. He's probably fine to deal with, his price seems fair I've seen worse sell for more.

My favorite. Do you want to sell the top? That's a stupid question.! :-) Can't really blame the guy. Craigslist's brings out the "Flakes"! I even call them exactly that. Craigslist Flakes!

$15k with original paint. I feel like the asking price is worth it. Not a lot of bodywork to get this one to where it needs to be

This guy flips stuff all the time. He knows what he has and isn't giving it away by any means.

Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread

I know I'm nitpicking. Wrong mirrors, wrong pulleys on the engine.
The engine looks like it's sitting in the rear position like a 4x4. The thing that really stands out is the top radiator hose has the 4x4 metal extension on it. Definitely not supposed to have that if it's a 2wheel dr if the engine is in the correct front mounted engine position. I had a 71 2 wheel drive Jimmy and a 72 2 wheel drive Blazer both had factory 350 engine's. Both had manual transmissions in them. Both had the engine mounted in the forward engine position. Owner states factory v8. That's the first factory 2 wheel drive that I have every seen with the engine mounted in the rear position. Lots of dents. Love the color. Could be a nice Blazer.

I paid less for mine but it needs quite a bit of rust repair.

Re: 2wd Blazer and Jimmy's find thread

Looks like it's in the forward position to me. There's no telling how much stuff could have been changed in the 45+ years since these vehicles were built. I'm still finding stuff that someone changed on mine and I've had it for over 3 years.

You're right. It is in the forward position. Just didn't look right with the metal extensions that is used on 4x4's.
