Actually it was 3 coats of base three coats of clear. Kyle had to get on to me a few times about laying it too thick. That is a real no-no with BC/CC. It can lead to all kinds of problems. He taught me more about the actual painting process in one day then have learned in the last 20years  .It was super beneficial to have a pro looking over my shoulder. |

The basecoat took three even coats to get good coverage. Not super wet. The clear was laid pretty dry on the first coat (actually picked up some orange peel spots from this). The last coat was a little on the thick side in some areas. So to answer your question, with me shooting paint it kinda varied. Overall I'm very happy with the results. Using Kyle's booth literally save me days of extra work redoing panels and sanding out particulate. |

Even though the paint is done, now here comes the hard part. Finding the hiding spot for all of the little pieces that need to go back on it.
