Re: My 68 c10

today i woke up to work on crooked and on my way to my dad shop this happened im okay and lucky to be here says the CHP officer but here is whats left so now i lost my daily =/
i got hit my a big rig that merged into my lane and did not see me. my car is gone and i feel horrible about it because my grandma bought it brand new from the dealer in 1979.
right when i got out my car i was pissed about the car more than my scratchs on me

big rig merged into my lane and it pulled my car into his wheels
if you look you can see where he first hit me with the front wheels on the front fender than my car got pulled into the rear tire- look at driver side door and quarter panel

Re: My 68 c10

wow, glad you came out okay...could've been worse getting pulled into the rig like that. Maybe with the insurance you can get a new dd and have more money for your project?

glad you are ok...worse part is that the insurance wont pay what the car was worth..

Wow that Nova took a beating. Had it been a newer mid-sized car you probably would have been seriously injured or worse.

WOw...glad you're OK, thats the most important thing. The car...while its terrible for anything to happen to any car/truck much less one with history...I think maybe you could rebuild it? If not for the road...maybe as a race car?

Thanks guys for the kind words.
My wife and I are sooo thankful our baby was not injured or ..

Yes that Nova has been part of the family since it was new. Losing the car I can deal with. Losing any of my children, I would lose it.
