The cab floor turned out awesome... looks like another part to add to my list.

Good morning! Just found a new "Least Favorite" part of this build- getting the ring to stay put inside the fuel cell long enough to bolt down the pump and foot. Any specific reason these wouldn't come pre-assembled?

for all you "McGyver" fans- went to Home Depot and got two 10 32x3" bolts. This allowed me to hold the ring in place inside the fuel cell while feeding the pump assembly in. Then I put the two long bolts down through to draw the ring up into position. I loosely put all the other bolts in, removed the two 3" and replaced them with the ones that belong there. Then I just tightened up all of them around the top.

Can you take a picture of the floor where it meets the back wall of the cab? i'm wondering what it looks like witout those brackets I referred to. thanks..

Thats how they come jon, Usually you insert the ring and install a single bolt. then turn the pump, long story, is sucks no matter how you do it.

The bolts are only 1"....so you'd need to get your fingers inside the cell to hold the ring, then the gasket, then the pump assembly, etc.....I couldn't do it that way simply because my fingers are too big....trust me- I fought with it for over an hour and was ready to call ATL and get a new one...LOL

I don't know Bobby...I don't actually live out there. We decided to switch to the fleet because of some renderings and pictures that we really like.

The headlights are Texon Lighting dual-function (high/low) HID bulbs in Sirius glass capsules.
