Re: lets see your trick mods and custom touches!!

You'd be surprised what people like 67cheby (aka Mike) will spend on their trucks.

Re: lets see your trick mods and custom touches!!

Oh no, I wouldn't be surprised at all. There are a lot of trucks turned into rolling and loud artwork on this board. This thread alone is a great demonstration of that fact.

lots of sweet mods on this thread when I get to mine I will for sure post them, I do plan move fuel tank, change around the gauge set-up(dont want to follow the crowd on that one, no offense to anyone)shave everything, maybe late-model truck seats, o and my big block 502 out of a 05' avalanche, lowering, and brakes.

my mods aren't that impressive...

custom gauges.

hydraulic clutch (that's about to get redone... it has way too much adjustment and too much effort)

and some heavy duty parts

OH.... and a 3/4 ton driveshaft with 1350 u-joints and the big carrier bearing .... I can get pictures if someone wants them

Custom console & Interior. The thing about this truck is I am the only person that has ever turned a wrench, sewed, welded, or tuned it so I can truly say IT'S MINE! When I needed something for it like AC brackets, seat mounts, exhaust etc I made it. It just doesn't matter what you start with or how much you put into it...make it yours by making as much of the stuff you need rather than running out and buying some doodad for it. You'll like the results much more.

Well now, Um my frame is completely custom, a few things on the body, but I would say my frame is the most changed. But then Havoc is not close to stock anymore.
