Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam

Visors look like this? These were already redone by someone once before.

Send them to me and Ill make them look like this. Might only be visors, but I take time to make sure theyre nice. I turn off my motor and handwheel my sewing machine for each visor to make sure the stitches are nice and straight.

Also wrapped some armrests. This is all black whisper vinyl.

Visors are usually $150. That includes the vinyl, materials, and return shipping. Ill paint the arms also.

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam

Care to share what adhesive you use?

I buy proffessional grade high heat adhesive by the gallon and spray it. If you tried doing any of this with a spray can it wouldnt work.

Thanks, John

Connor, have you ever made bench seat covers out of the same material? Is that something you could do as well?

If I remember right I did some visors in symphony for you. If your covers are in good shape that I can make templates off then I can do it.

Im not planning on doing them to sell though.

I am looking for some buckets to do. If anyone has a set laying around thats willing to sell them to me for a good price let me know.

Conner,

What can you do with these door panels? You know the handles are Black Vinyl Whisper. Ivory/Parchment vinyl might be an offsetting color I might consider. Looking for creative ideas! What would be the estimated cost to cover if we covered in Black Vinyl Whisper?

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam

I dont think shipping all 3 seats would be feasible?? Would likely have to make a crate and freight ship

Was kinda hoping you already had patterns and could make what I want, and me put them on. Your work looks amazing to me.

Yeah youd need to freight or try and break them down to box up. Thats why I mentioned its not always worth it to ship. If you want your seats just recovered stick local. If you want me to do a lot of work to them, redesign your seats, then shipping isnt that much compared to the overall cost.

I dont usually do covers to sell, but if you wanted some made up message me and Ill let you know.

Yeah. Make sure theyre in good condition though. The better the condition, the better theyll turn out. Buy repops to wrap if you have to.

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam

I like the race seats you did with the center console. I will be interested in a set like those in the next year-ish as well as dash pad and panels. It will be a while but wondering what cost is. Youre only an hour from me and the in-laws live there so Im there all the time.
