Sorry man but the 6.2 is coming out. It will be going in a different truck but it is coming out of this truck

Well that is a bit more of an attractive offer than Chucks left n*t, (no offense Chuck), but it would be tough to get me to part w/ the Dmax. I don't blame you for missing yours.

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

looks like the 6.2 diesel may be staying...don't know yet...if the turbo sells soon which I haven't gotten many bites on then I'll go with the 6.0 if I get the turbo put on before it sells than I'm keeping the diesel...I've been waiting til it got cooler to put the turbo on because you have to make a hybrid C10/S10 A/C box on the firewall because it's in the way of the turbo...I'm a fat fella and us fat fellas sweat when we get hot...I don't like sweating so I like my damn A/C lol...

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

Put the turbo on instead of lowering it this weekend. Then you have to keep it.

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

There are other things I have to buy before the turbo goes on like gaskets and gauges. The suspension is already all bought

Oh it's coming. Guarantee it. This weekend I might be towing home another truck. Don't know yet so we'll have to see if it gets lowered this weekend or not

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

i really like your idea buddy, a shorted bed 6.0, lowered and coys thats been done and is and has become a quite popular setup lately, but a turbo diesel that just plain cool, not many around

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

I agree with you Thomas. On top of that, I'm lazy lol. And putting a turbo on the 6.2 is a whole lot easier than swapping in the 6.0

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

but think about it - with the money you save on buying a cheap crappy dodge you will have lots left over to install a smokin' hot interior! It will be a sleeper - or something!
