Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
thought my buddy Gunner would like you guys to know! He has a Oxblood NOS steering wheel on ebay. 1969 Chevrolet c10 - c30 pickups blazers and suburban nos steering wheel. New in box I have opened box for inspection as for damage none seen other than normal shelf wear. Comes with nos horn cap also. This is the holy grail of steering wheels. So bid to win as this may be the only one in this condition around. I do not believe this is even made by any aftermarket company's. This was available for one year only on 1969 production trucks. Nos steering wheels don't show up often , let alone Oxblood ones. I have this for sale locally as well

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
Very nice truck. It's worth pointing out that it is not a factory K20 as is somewhat implied in the ad, depends how you want to read what the seller wrote. Anyway, VIN is a 2WD 3/4 tonner. I'd confirm whether the metal VIN matches the SPID before buying - and that will help explain the lineage. If it matches the SPID, then the chassis swap is the most likely occurrence. Also possible axles were added to a C chassis, but that's a more difficult approach. If the VIN doesn't match, has a CK, or whatever, then it's possible this isn't the original gb door. But, I bet it is and I'd bet the chassis was swapped. That's the best way (in my view) to convert a C to a K, but that's just me. Was a very nice highlander c pkg C20 at birth if this is its original SPID and gb door.
