Re: Ridetech C-10 Street Grip... Should it be next on the list?

With that being said, I am going to put the Street Grip on my personal 85 C-10 when it becomes available because I don't do any racing with it and I just cruise with it and haul the occasional load of mulch. If I do decide to hit a local autoX or drive spirited it will still handle far superior to a stock suspension.

When I build another "fun" truck that actually has some horsepower I will spend the extra coin and get the coilovers.

Chase I just saw this post and I have a '71 camaro front end on my '57 that is going to be mostly setup as a Prostreet truck.

My question is will the sway bar components fit and work on my camaro type front with QA-1 upper and lower A-arms and coil overs? Looks like a hefty bar! what size and what do you think?

Thanks for your input.

The 70-81 Camaro StreetGrip bar is 1 5/16. I don't foresee any issue with using the other parts you already have but I also have not tested it with that combination of parts in-house. As a result I can't guarantee that it will be a direct fit.

Unfortunately I wont have them available for your container but I will keep you in the loop. I can also get you a quote on shipping direct as soon as we get the final weight of the kit determined.

Unfortunately we won't have a before pic on this truck because it already had lowering springs on it when it came in.

When we are completed we will provide ride height dimensions so that you can see approximately at what height your truck will sit at.

Very interested. I need to redo the suspension on my truck this winter. Any idea on a ballpark range for cost?
