which tranny lines run to which spot on radiator

I am wondering if this was setup right to begin with. I am not sure this tranny was the original in the truck. Does the upper line on the tranny run to the upper line on the radiator?

Not sure if it is true but heard it makes no difference as long as it is connected for circulation.
