I like ARP bolts in this instance for replacements. If the the bolt is busted flush you might be able to start a hole with a Dremel tool and then use a reverse twist drill bit spinning clockwise in the drill and it will spin right out. That procedure worked for me. A Dremel tool is one tool I really like a lot. It was a lot easier to use a small grinding bit to center a hole for the reverse drill bit I used.

It is broken off flush with the manifold so about 1/4” should be visible once the manifold is removed. I usually give the bolts a good stiff bang with a punch before I try to remove them. So the rat should come out fine...haha!
