I would like to know how to determine if my 72 c10 came from the factory with moraine or bendix brakes.

Gary,
I don't know how to actually determine which booster was originally installed, but it's fairly easy to figure out which you now have. The Bendix boosters were normally painted black, while the Delco Moraine boosters were a gold anodized color. The Bendix booster also has a distinctive circular impression in the booster shell, surrounding the master cylinder, while the Moraine unit does not.
