How does this horn buttom come off and change to a Comfort Grip steering wheel?

Where do I pry to get this horn button off to remove this steering wheel. I am sure the PO bought this cheap made chrome column from LMC. I don't like this steering wheel and want to go to a Comfort Grip.
Reckon I will have to get a different hub? What all I will have to change to make new steering wheel fit?

It should just pull off it has a snap ring to hold it in place.
The metal crewed down to the steering wheel ha a ring on it that is like a spring that pushes out on the cap all you need to do is pry it up.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I believe you push it down, then twist it while in the down position.
