It’s not the feathers but the eagle set. I have a nos set too. Tried to sell for awhile but no bites. It scares me when ebays seller says
NO GUARANTEE-WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES

IS WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!!

Ive wanted a set of those, any of em actually, but they don't come up often and the prices asked for them are out of my range. To me they are one of those things that are rare, but not sought after because most people wouldn't want them on their trucks. So in this case rare doesn't mean high price ... Just my opinion of course.

These could probably be pretty easily replicated in Adobe Illustrator and then taken to one of a zillion wrap shops or sign shops that are out there these days.

I may put mine on my 72 burb. Not sure as I have the dual trim and I think it will interfere

Yeah and another $25 to ship! Plus no guarantee it's a complete usable set Lol!

I would think that any vinyl wrap shop with a pic and your truck dimensions could reproduce and install this for about half of this price if you really wanted these on your truck.

Before I bought my 68 there was a red truck on e-bay with these graphics I tried to buy but lost it in the last 5 seconds.

I figure the price is what it is because they are 72 graphics. Some people get something out of making numbers that represent something.

I think from time to time about doing my '72 GMC. If I do, I will show my trick painter friend pictures and let him paint them on and clear over

I have a set of the eagle decals in n.o.s package, including the glove box decal and the two piece plate that attaches to tail gate. These are a one size fits all as the have cut lines on the backing paper. As far as the price, it is high but in line. I priced having mine copied by a local sign/ wrap shop and the reproduction cost was going to be $750/$800. These are really cool 72 only items but a truck that gets them has to have a specific set of options and color to both look good and be correct. I am holding out for a ochre 72 Cheyenne or custom deluxe, with lower moldings only.

If they are usable, I'd think N.O.S. would be worth more than reproductions. Especially since you need the original set to reproduce from or you have nothing.
