1971 Blazer A/C

1971 chevy blazer 350 , 4X4 With A/C . Long water pump or short pump? When I looked on line for a fuel line it said long pump with A/C , and short pump with no air . Also the fan shroud that came with my truck is short part No#3901443, Any Help

I think they mean does it have long FUEL pump or short pump, not the water pump. There were different versions of fuel pumps depending on what you have

This build is driving me crazy. scene my 71 blazer had a 77 truck eng. in it when i got it. On inline tube in said short pump WO air . Long pump with air.

If I recall correctly the long pump has provisions for the vent & return lines where as the short did not. Someone else may have more info on that. If I come across the link later I will post it here

Thanks Richard, I just got a A/C long pump with that extra vent & return line, Just in case.
