There is another new version of the '69 Custom Pickup from Hot Wheels. This one is Zamac (grey) with blue flames. I like the color combo much better than most of the recent attempts.

Correction. Looking at my collection, this is the third ZAMAC.
I found some in a Walmart dump bin yesterday evening.

Here's what I have now. I think the "Mike's Speed Shop" might have been in a multi-pack; not sure though.
Check your local Walmarts. One store put out a dump bin yesterday and I found some of the newest one, with flames. It's part of the Walmart ZAMAC series; so it's a Walmart Exclusive.

Good call, I forgot about Mike's Speed Shop. I got that one before I knew the term zamac.

I picked up the Grey/blue flame Zamac and the Yellow Fleetside Squarebody in one buy the other day.

Yep. I got 2 each of the ZAMAC '69 and the yellow square yesterday myself.

I've said it before,my Walmart is pretty much a waste of time. It's not the full fledged version,I guess that's why. They never put those bins out. well,I was passing by the big Walmart I usually have luck with and scored again. First I spotted the yellow '83 right on top,flipped a few around and found my second. Next I see a lone '69 and grab it. I walk over to the rack saying to myself,"Watch,there'll be '69 right out front. Sure enough,right out front hangs my second '69. Mission complete!

I'd like to find more '69s to paint. These are a great base flame job to shoot a transparent candy over.

I still haven't been able to find one. We have a brand new Walmart that opened a couple months ago, but they are full of older stock (found of the red flame versions). I might have to bite the bullet and pay $5 to get one from ebay (cheaper than the gas used driving between stores).
