Re: Iced Green dream

bumper is on, radiator back in, and I started my ride pro install. Gonna be a few more weeks until that is finished. Being busy at work is preventing me from finishing it. I ordered some more parts that should be here today to get me further along. Hopefully I can get my bed back on next weekend, its holding me up from finishing some things.

Re: Iced Green dream

Thought long and hard about the best place to mount my air tank, compressor and valves. I decided for inside of the bed. I was never a fan of air ride stuff in the bed so i came up with a cool idea to cover it all up. I have been shooting for a sleeper look all along so hiding the air ride stuff is my plan. As soon as my "idea" gets here i will post up some pictures.

Re: Iced Green dream

first pic is almost the same as one of the earlier pics, but my headlight bezels and parking lamps are on now. The others are of my sleeper "air pod" that will be going in the bed.

Re: Iced Green dream

Picking up my bench seat I had redone tomorrow. Put on my black dash pad and visors. Progress slowed again but ready to pick back up. The person who did my seat says it came out great. I hope so. Pics to follow soon.

Re: Iced Green dream

brought the truck home for the first time since I tore it down. I couldnt manage making the day trips to my parents house anymore to work on it. With kids and a very busy job it was getting to be to much. Now when I have 2 or 3 spare hours of time I just have to walk into the garage to tinker on it. I'm going to finish my air managament install over the next few weeks. I installed the tank in the cab yesterday and started my wiring. I decided not to run the old cooler, it didnt look right.

Re: Iced Green dream

congrats that will make it much easier, since mine has been home it has helped so much even if i only get 30 mins a day to work on it ...i am making progress, plus just being able to get an idea and then you can walk out in the garage and see if the idea will work, i sure have enjoyed having mine home !

Sorry if it has been asked before but what radiator are you running? Also what cable set up are you running for throttle and trans? Loving the black btw, its likely similar to what I will be doing.

Re: Iced Green dream

I too am planning to go with the E3 system, I would love to hear about how much work your install was and how you like it. I was thinking analog but might just bite the bullet and go with the electronic.

They are the larger stock mounts. I had to trim the rubber a little for them to fit right.
