What's the proper torque setting for 7/16'' lug nuts on a '71 GMC Jimmy?

I take 'em to 80.............1/2'' I take to 95......... and 9/16 I torque to 110

I consider it a K/10. GMC calls the Jimmy a K/1500. If the truck were a Chevy, it would be a K/5, but GMC never called them K/750s.
Using KWMech's chart from the C+O/H Manual, I'll take them to 55 Ft/Lbs, then up to 75 Ft/Lbs.
I'm running aluminum wheel spacers [1-1/4''] to accommodate some aluminum wheels off a '99 Suburban that have 0 backspacing.
I was running on the freeway, about 60-65 MPH, when I heard a clunking noise that increased with speed. I pulled over. Thinking it may be the plastic fan shroud getting loose and hitting the fan, I used some bailing wire to secure that. Got back on the road and the clanking/vibration came back. Running the motor at idle when stopped, there was no noise.
(I had to get a tow home. About 35 miles -- Hagerty is great.)
So unless it's the transmission [SM465], transfer case [NP205], prop shafts or Universal joints, it could be the spacers wotking loose.
They were installed in July, in AZ summer heat. Now it's cold. [Relatively].
Things were fine before the tire and wheel swap.

With the spacers you should consider changing out the wheel studs for 1/2'' I do this conversion all the time. The 7/16'' studs are not really up to the task of larger wheels and tires especially with spacers.

Interesting. For now I'm just going to tighten them up. Is 55/75 FP good for the spacers too?

I'm running 235/75/16 Cooper Discoverer AS T3 tires.

What year is that chart for?

Chart is 1972, but the 1970 manual has same information, it is just written as paragraph instead of a chart.
