What other cheaper wheel options besides...

I'm looking for a nice set of wheels I can put on my truck so that I can put on my brakes and do my 5 lug conversion without spending $8K. I've looked at the Coys and also the AR SaltFlats.
What other wheel options are out there??

Cragar Bonneville's are about 200 bucks each depending on size and offset, tha's 100 or more cheaper then the AR's if you want a salt flat style wheel

I'd go with Rallies or steelies.Clean them up and paint or powdercoat and roll them.Wheels and stance can make or break a ride but simple will work on any of these trucks.

I went with a set of 20" showwheels (streeter plolished) and couldn't be happier. Fittment was perfect with the 4/6 drop on my 72.

Re: What other cheaper wheel options besides...

Mandy the rallies will not clear the brakes reason I sold mine...one time expense buy the wheels that you really want out of the gate. Trust me I went thru four sets of wheels before finally just saying screw it and spend the $$$$ like I should of had out of the gate.

Re: What other cheaper wheel options besides...

Haha. No not at all. I just want something that I can continue to move forward with the build and still enjoy it driving it around. I'd rather get some rallies or something cheap than tie up the other build funds on something more fancy at the time.
