*49 Air Vent Knobs*

I have ordered the knob for the cowl vent lever in front of the windshield but was there a knob on the vent lever on the drivers side? Don't think I have seen a pic of that one.

Re: *49 Air Vent Knobs*

I forget what year they changed, but there are some with a knob and some don't have a knob. The one without a knob has a twisted handle sticking out, the one with the knob that handle is flat for the knob to slide onto.

48 & 49 had a plastic knob 50 had a flat bar. This page is one of the more comprehensive listings of year to year changes and how to ID AD trucks by the year. Scroll down the page a bit. https://www.stovebolt.com/techtips/i...tting%20Guide/
