I’ve saw it done once, back when the ‘98’s were the new trucks. It was in a magazine, probably truckin’ date would be either in 1998, or 1999. I wish I had more info for you, but it was so long ago. I’m not a fan of the combo myself but it looked good, really good. Keep searching, I’m sure there’s free info somewhere on the World Wide Web.
