Grant Steering Wheel

Does anyone know how to contact Grant, I purchased a Steering Wheel and it arrived damaged. I have been trying since may to contact their customer service.

i have called the customer service number and the tech support number every single day sometimes multiple times and all I get is a recording saying that the voicemail box has not been set up. I have also emailed so many times I can not count and have had zero response. I have also sent them a message thru Facebook Messenger, No Response there either.

Re: Grant Steering Wheel

Did you buy straight from Grant, or through another company (Summit, for example)? If you bought from someone else, they could probably help you.

May sound like a dumb question and answer, and I'm not trying to belittle you in any way. But, sometimes people overlook the obvious at times. Just trying to help out.

Purchased thru Grant. strange how they are able to take the money and ship it out but nobody is around to answer phones or email after there is a problem.
