I bet you do Pete. Being a transplant I don’t know how I ever lived without it. My wife says I’m more New Mexican than she is. None of my meals are complete with out it. Hell one of my favorite things are the Green Chile Apple danish’s they sell in the sun port.

I can't live without it either. I grilled a pork tenderloin that I marinaded in a local one called Dirt, along with local silver queen corn on the cob. I had some good mortars I lit off for the neighbor kids when I heard theirs ran out, just as it got dark. They really enjoyed it, all found a seat and watched. Really made the day for me, Mr. Tim the neighbor man . Once dark the booms and bangs were coming from all over. Might still be. They were when I came in a little bit ago.
