Well, it's close enough to done to say I'll sell it? Is $4k reasonable for a one of 1046 short fleet 4X4 with 4 " of lift with a 350/sm465/205 and 3/4 ton axles? PM me if it is!!

I'd take you up on your offer but just bought 2 more 4-wheelers.I'd love to get a "South West Truck" and not spend the time repairing the rust..just lifting them...I'd have a hard time wheeling a rare truck like that though,I'd probably take it back to stock,height,drivetrain,Rockwell t-case, and all Heck,maybe even back to the stock closed knuckle DANA 44 front and 12 Bolt rear..

I have a 208 TC and plenty of autos? I was considering the step swap, because I think short step 4X4 Are the BEST LOOKING of all trucks!! BTW it has a closed knuckle 3/4 ton front!! I did that to make folks scratch thier head, "Did they ever make a 3/4 ton shortbed?!" That kind of stuff, heck this isn't rare (well in numbers, but its a truck!!) Buy it cause I am afraid I'll sell it to someone on ebay who will F it up! LMK

I really really would have liked to have this truck if I didnt buy 2 4-wheelers last week..that and a few more of my 4wds need work before I buy another.If it was to be swapped to a auto,I'd look for a TH350 or TH400 and a NP205 for it..might as well go strong if you're going to upgrade!!

obo? I don't have the time or $$$. The truck I am doing for Rick is going to be it for a long while. I am due for the fusion surgery on my lower back. A few weeks/months off of work and the $$$ will be thin. Again it is OBO!!

$3k? I am depressed, this is supposed to be a rare truck but no one wants it? I had 5 ebay auctions go for nothing (06 Quad, 99 Tahoe, Extreme bend tow hooks??!). What is the deal nobody spending$$ Is it the price, cost of fuel, economy??

I might have made the deal of my life (well maybe just a deal!!) I have a guy willing to give me his 94 cummins dually and $1500 for it, we'll see. If so I will have a wicked cummins powered 67-72 Suburban 4X4 of course!!
