how many lugs and what's going on around the valve stem? I'm not a qualified appraiser but I think someone was recently looking for a set.. how many do you have?

Thinking thats a typical rot hole around the stem. Very common. Once that is rotted, no value. These with 6 clips were mostly on 47-54 trucks but an optional 16" was available in 55-59 too that had only 3 clips. Nice smooth unrusted ones are around $50-$75 each all depending on whos looking and if they are a matched all same color set etc
