Tailgate Cable Replacement
Does anyone make heavy duty or just decent quality replacement tailgate cables for a 1992 C1500? I want to replace my origionals, before they fail, and the Dormans just really look cheap. Thanks for any info.

No problem. LMC has them but I don't know if they are any better than Dorman. Looking at the one that i have and the Dorman one, they look identical. The part number also crosses to all of the tailgate straps from 1988-2020 so it appears they haven't changed at all.
