51 chevy truck,
Skip

You must have not kept my PM from several years ago where I revealed my source for my narrow window channel. I reached out to that contact before Covid and he was semi retired. I have scoured the net and even ordered some incorrect channel in my search for a source. I still have a scrap piece left from my last build.

I have one more supplier I need to call to check the dimensions with. The pictures look the same.

Once I validate this is the correct stuff, I will share my info.

Thanks
Marc

Sounds good. Shipping is stupid expensive. Experience speaking. I ordered the wrong stuff and it would have cost more to ship back than the stuff was worth.

Re: Window channel

Someone shows the 3/4 wide for 1/4 inch glass channel but searching for it didn't bring it up the other day.

Experience on my buddy's truck showed that frameless laminated glass in a 47/50 can break pretty easily if someone slams the door though. When I stretch my doors I plan to have tempered glass made for the doors.

Did you get anywhere with your samples? I have a few coming from Steele Rubber. Hopefully one of them matches the old sample I have..
