I can't help you with that one, but I have a tip on how to not fall asleep in a living room chair. Sit in a family room chair!

I'm not old yet, only older, so it takes an extra step in front of those two.

Step 1 - Be older

Step 2 - Eat supper

step 3 - Sit in chair

Maybe you need to go to the neighbors house and use their chair so you don't get yelled at... ...

Re: Good advice

Best thing ever is the newer tv with the timer, turn on tv, sit in chair, zzzzzzzzzzzz in an hour or less, tv shuts off after 120 minutes.

Yelled at? When I was married the thing was I'd dozed off a little. I'd wake up with my wife watching TV and I'd try to get lovey dovey with her. She'd turn the TV off and head upstairs to bed saying, "You got your rest. I'm tired and going to bed". Still groggy on the couch I'd say, "Aw man, disqualified again?"
