Doing a brake job on my 1968 C30 motorhome dually. It has the 13” drums. I’m looking for the brake spring kit and also the strut bar spring as it was completely dissolved by rust...

Anti rattle spring will not affect performance of the braking system, but GM put them there for a reason. GM model 14 bolt spring pack should give you a complete set of compatible springs
