Bed Patch Floor Material

Have a few pieces of bed floor from a '71 long wide bed I parted. The large piece does have the floor support ribs which will be removed to reduce cost unless you need them. Shipping these will be $$$. Prefer to cut to piece sizes of 11'' x 13'' or 11'' x 23'' to ship in Priority Flat Rate boxes. Using the Priority Flat rate boxes, your total costs are known up front before cutting and then boxing and weighing for a quote.

Large piece measures 34 x 50 and is the bed front with mounting holes at front and down the sides to where the wheel wells started. Does have some pin holes and a bad wheel well corner which shows in the last pic.

One section is 20 x 50 with bed side mounting holes on each side.

Smallest piece 6 x 23 with a stiffener rib. Priced at $15 plus shipping

11'' x 13'' are $12. 50 each plus $15.05 Priority Flat rate
11'' x 23'' are $20 each plus $21.10 Priority Flat rate

Each flat rate box can hold 3-5 floor pieces if just the floor section with the ribs cut off for weight reduction.

Money order payment, do not have Paypal.

Re: Bed Patch Floor Material

So would you have the driver side rear corner? Looks like your second picture is what in after. 11x23 would be more than plenty for me.

Do not have the tail gate portion of the rear section of the bed floor. In the second picture the larger piece shown is the front bed floor section near the cab. The other piece is the mid floor section between the wheel well humps. Might possibly be able to adapt a section to your needs but unsure on that. Let me know if need more pictures or have other questions. Thanks for your interest.

Re: Bed Patch Floor Material

I’ll look tomorrow if I don’t forget. That rear section actually I think has a skinny section

I think I could make a front passenger corner work with some well placed cuts

Took a couple pics of the front floor bed section, right hand and left hand corners. Two pics of ribbed floor section and two pics of the flipped over under side portion. Can cut a piece as needed up to 14'' long by full bed width or what ever width you would need. At the 14'' mark is another bed support rib. First bed support rib is within the first 6'' inches, can cut it off if not needed to reduce shipping weight. Only suggested the Priority Flat Rate boxes because of the shipping costs. Could fit two possibly three pieces in the same box for the same shipping amount. Let me know if have further interest.

Re: Bed Patch Floor Material

Just the front passenger corner will work. Whatever fits in the 11x13 works for me as I’ll be chopping it up

If wanting or needing another 11'' x 13'' can fit it into the Flat Rate box with no added shipping. Can do the opposite left hand corner or a section with the bolt mounting holes on the edge for an added $12.50 but no more for shipping. Thinking you want the 13'' length along the bolt mounting holes edge? Let me know and I can get the section or sections cut. Will remove as much of the under support rib as possible when cutting as it will not fit the box because of it's thickness.

Only need one section. Don’t care which direction you cut it and will not be using the under brace anyways

Should be able to get the 11'' x 13'' piece cut tomorrow afternoon some time. Will remove as much as possible of the underneath bed support cross member. Sending a PM with total to your door amount. Thanks for the purchase.

Lot of good solid bed floor metal for patching purposes remaining.
