'66 12v swap question

hey guys, I'm building a '66 SWB stepper, I'm going to Z the frame, notch the back, box the whole frame and put my 1990 12v in it. my question is

do the oil pans on the 12v's hang lower than the K member? if so how much?

i would mock it up and see for myself but my 12v is buried in my back shed till the snow is gone.

thanks in advance

jimbo
