Re: What is your engine setup?

Just a slightly built 283 ci with a cam thats way to big. Edelbrock carb and Weland intake manifold, Accel HEI, and Headman headers. Going to be swapped for a slightly modified 350 with 190/202 heads and changing my rearend from 3:08's to either 3:55's or 3:73's

Re: What is your engine setup?

Stock GM Performance Parts 290 hp crate 350. Edelbrock Performer intake with an Edelbrock 1406 carb. Stock HEI. Junk headers. Does alright for now, long term plan is to slap some Vortec heads on it, go to a roller cam and put some decent headers on it. Maybe a 625 Demon carb as well. Who knows when all that'll actually happen though.

Re: What is your engine setup?

For now, stock '05 5.3L with F-body headers and cold air intake. Keeping it in it's stock configuration just to get it up and running. Then I'll throw on a LS6 intake manifold (already have) and a cam (undecided at this time) as well as a new torque converter.

Then when I financially recover from the intial build, I'm going to bore it out to 5.7L and rebuild it with forged internals and top it off with a kenne bell supercharger

Re: What is your engine setup?

I have a stock internal 5.3 LSx. With this engine I would swap out the cam and maybe adding alittle nitrous for the track.

Down the line I would like to build a 402/408 stroker using a 6.0/6.2 block, 4.00" stroker crankshaft, a lumpy cam, and a decent set of heads (LS3/L92 heads will work).

Very carefully!!!! I start to stop a 1/4 mile before where I need to stop All kiding aside it stops pretty good I have a huge rh calf muscle.... I just really liked the look of a simple master cyclinder did not think much while putting it back together.

I am going to to a wildwood four wheel disc set up when I redo my suspension. I am just trying to work my self up to take it back in the shop and start working on it.

I have Aerospace in the rear, and Chevrolet w/ceramic pads in the front. It stops on a dime, I would never have a hotrod without 4 wheel discs again.
