I know my brake line at one point it touchs a header pipe. I know it should'nt but does anyone know what can happen? I would think the fluid would expand a little is all. Or does it get foamy?

could prolly boil it or cause the expansion to get nasty and maybe trip the brakes... dunno for sure

Most brake fluids can survive high temperatures, (over 200 degrees F), but I would be very concerned about the very real probability of the contact abrading/corroding the line and causing a leak. I would suggest getting the line to clear.

not to mention the possibility of the brake line getting crushed by a good bump from the exhaust. my exhaust swings back and forth on my ford enough to have dented 3 inch tubing.

On the left side I bend the lines back about 2" and tuck them back behind the crossmember.

A great suggestion from Mark25 is to use heat shielding around these brakelines to keep the heat off them, also providing a little protection from rubbing.
