Very interested to hear what you find out on the windows. I am running into a very similiar problem with mine. They do not seal up at the back corners of the glass where it meet the top. Please keep us posted.

Did you have to make any modifications? I have a '71 4x4 K5 that needs a new floor. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Re: MY Blazer build

Well i have been busy i havent had internet for the last month but i just got it back i just moved out of my old house remodeled it and rented it out. and the house i moved into i remodeled it and moved in way way to much work. got the blazer on the road had some small issues but nothing to major the first prob was the shifting solenoid was bad it would not go into first gear got that taken care of and then i couldent get it to idle i had the speed sensors mixed up the front was on the back and the back was on the front so when it was trying to idle it thought it was going 25mph that was an easy fix. put it on the dyno and it made 275hp to the wheels and 300#s of torque i was hoping for a little more but it runs good i wish i would have put a truck intake on it instead of the ls6 intake the truck intake would have made more torque i will post more pictures soon.

Re: MY Blazer build

Dumb question, but I'm new to this stuff…what's the benefit of going with a sleek aftermarket gas tank for a Blazer then just the stock replacements available from LMC or other company?

Re: MY Blazer build

I have had some bad luck with the blazer. the first time i took it to pismo it blew the brand new drive lines right out of it. The 2nd trip i took it on a guy hit me with a trailer in a parking lot and a half hour later a rock broke my window.
