96 Chevy speaker help

What size would the door speakers be in a 1996 Chevy 1500 extracab? Also, how big are the ones in the cab posts, the extracab part? Are both the door and cab speakers hard to change? I've got one speaker blown in the door, and one of the speakers in the back doesn't, so I figured I might replace all of them if it didnt cost too much. Thanks for the help guys.
