Exclamation Blazer in Copper color

Anyone have their Blazer in a Copper or Bonze color. I am considering going this route but haven't seen it on an actual Blazer. Can you post your pics.

thanks, Jeff.

Re: Blazer in Copper color

I recently got a 1970 2wd this color - looks pretty good actually - when I go to repaint - it will be the same color again.

Here is another one that just got out of paint recently...atomic orange though.

Re: Blazer in Copper color

I towed this hulk home all the way fron Iowa and the color grew on me enough so that it was a real contender for the last blazer I painted.

Re: Blazer in Copper color

I saw a gorgeous one a few years ago and snapped some pictures. I'll look for them on my old computer and post them if I find them, but I probably won't have time until tomorrow.

I prefer a look with a roll bar but don't have one in mine yet either. I'm going to put a 2.5 inch lift this winter. I see you're running 33's but are they 12.5? Would LOVE to see more pics. I'll post some of mine once my lift is in.

Size: 45.8 KBHere is my baby. First time posting pics as I've been waiting for her to be perfect - but learning there will always be more. Going to put a 2.5 inch lift this winter. Will post more pics then. I also just put 2.5 inch exhaust and removed the mud flaps, but this is a pic from before. I decided to break up the original all saddle interior to offset with some black as I just found it too much brown. I also added the 71 panels as I prefer their look. Some may feel I've taken away from the authenticity but I think it still has it's integrity and has improved the overall look - but that's just me :-)

Re: Blazer in Copper color

I was thinking of doing the same. Interesting to see the pics. I also seen one the other day that was an Eastwood color called Malibu Sunset. Dont have a pic but really liked it.

Nice, had a 70 in high school (hand me down from Dad) that was that color. I see you have the Utility Buckets. I am a huge fan of those seats, have a set of them in my 72, now.

Re: Blazer in Copper color

I found it. This isn't mine, and I don't know who it belongs to, but I thought it was beautiful so I snapped a pic when I saw it.

Edit: After I uploaded it I noticed it looks reddish in this pic, but it's actually a two-tone with copper as the main color.
