68-71 bbc motor mounts.

Does anyone know why these motor mounts are so expensive? $200. Can I just use some small block mounts? $16.00
Thanks!

The cheap ones will work but look at the ones that you took out and consider if you want to have to do it again. I went with the polyurethane that are stiffer, stronger, and resist oil better. They'll cost you between 70 and 90 depending where you get them. Actually replaced everything in the suspension and drive train with the black Poly. Stayed with rubber for the body mounts (Filling Station best price.)
